Class Ambassadors Informational:
The Penn Traditions Class Ambassadors committee are involved in all aspects of Alumni Weekend as well as many other alumni initiatives. Student leaders work with the Alumni Relations Office, particularly the Classes and Reunions Team, and with alumni reunion classes to support their in-person on-campus celebrations! Each year over 7,000 of Penn’s alumni come back to campus to celebrate their class reunion at Alumni Weekend! This creates a wonderful opportunity for current students to connect with our most engaged alumni for career networking, supporting reunion events, sharing stories of Penn now & then, and much more!
Each Class Ambassador connects with alumni from an adopted class (from the 5th reunion all the way to the 75th) up-to and through Alumni Weekend, where they lead a group of Student Volunteers to support alumni events, panels, tours, and programming throughout the weekend! Class Ambassadors and their group of Student Volunteers check in alumni at events, hand out giveaway items, provide directional help to those navigating around campus, and ensure alumni have a fantastic and fun reunion weekend! Apart from being a wonderful opportunity to put your networking and ambassador skills to good use, being a Class Ambassador comes with the following benefits:
- Free housing extension from the end of finals through the Monday after Alumni Weekend (May 20th, 2024)
- Free food all throughout Alumni Weekend
- Networking opportunities with Penn alumni
- Tons of Penn swag & merch

Class Ambassador Interest Form! In order to be a Class Ambassador, you must be on campus and participate for the entirety of Alumni Weekend - May 17-19, 2024 (move out day scheduled for May 20, 2024).
This opportunity is currently only available to first-, second-, and third-year undergraduate students.
