Class Ambassadors Informational:
The Penn Traditions Class Ambassadors committee are involved in all aspects of Alumni Weekend as well as many other alumni initiatives. Student leaders work with the Alumni Relations Office, particularly the Classes and Reunions Team, and with alumni reunion classes to support their in-person on-campus celebrations! Each year over 7,000 of Penn’s alumni come back to campus to celebrate their class reunion at Alumni Weekend! This creates a wonderful opportunity for current students to connect with our most engaged alumni for career networking, supporting reunion events, sharing stories of Penn now & then, and much more!
Each Class Ambassador connects with alumni from an adopted class (from the 5th reunion all the way to the 75th) up-to and through Alumni Weekend, where they lead a group of Student Volunteers to support alumni events, panels, tours, and programming throughout the weekend!
