Penn Traditions is about your lifelong relationship with Penn! Penn Traditions is a student organization under the Penn Alumni umbrella. Our mission is to celebrate Penn’s history and traditions, connect students and alumni, and promote and inspire lifelong Penn pride. Penn Traditions is comprised of three branches, all led by student leaders, and provide involvement opportunities for students of all class years! All Penn Traditions committee members will have unique opportunities to connect and network with Penn Alumni. Executive Board
Noah Milad, C'26
President & Student Chair to the Alumni Board Noah Milad is a Sophomore from Maryland and Cairo Egypt majoring in International Relations and minoring in Music. Noah currently serves as the Communications and Marketing Chair for Penn Traditions, the Marketing Chair of the Penn Music Mentorship Program, and President of The QuakeZone a new program sponsored by Penn Athletics. Noah joined Penn Traditions in his Freshman year and has eagerly participated in all of its events always ready to help whenever needed. He is looking forward to welcoming new members and helping Penn Traditions grow even stronger! In his spare minutes, Noah enjoys singing with the Penn Arabic Ensemble, hanging out with friends, and eating chicken bowls at McClelland.
Alina Zaidi, C'26
Finance & Operations Chair Alina Zaidi is a sophomore studying Health & Societies with a concentration in Health Care Markets & Finance. She’s super excited to serve on the Penn Traditions Executive Board as the Finance & Operations Chair! Alina first joined Penn Traditions her freshman fall as part of the Student Philanthropy Council, and now she co-chairs that committee; PT was her first supportive community on campus, and she’s eager to get more involved and foster that community for others! In her free time, she loves watching horror movies, taking long walks, talking to new people, and napping.

Alina Zaidi, C'26

Thuyvi Nguyen, C'25
Co-Chair of Engagement Ambassadors Thuyvi Nguyen is a junior in the College from San Jose, California, studying Biology with a minor in Chemistry on the pre-med track. She currently serves as the Co-Chair for Engagement Ambassadors for Penn Traditions, President of the Women’s Rugby Team, and Secretary of the Penn Vietnamese Students’ Association. Thuyvi joined Penn Traditions her sophomore year and is excited to welcome new members and plan events for everyone on campus to enjoy! In her free time, Thuyvi likes to watch and play basketball, read, and go thrifting with friends.

Zoya Ahmer, C'25
Co-Chair of Class Ambassadors Zoya Ahmer is a junior from Little Rock, Arkansas, majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and minoring in Survey Research and Data Analytics. She has thoroughly enjoyed her last two years at Alumni Weekend as a Class Ambassador and helping to volunteer with events that Penn Traditions helps run! Aside from Penn Traditions, she is involved in the Body Empowerment Project and Penn Political Review and enjoys playing piano and swimming in her free time.

Aman Goyal
Director, Penn Traditions and Young Alumni Programs Aman is one of the advisors for Penn Traditions and has been at Penn for 11 years, he clearly loves it here. He's from Ohio, is usually ordering Chinese takeout, listening to pop music or podcasts, and planning his next trip to see friends, family or the world!
Maia Cohen
Administrative Coordinator, Classes & Reunions and Students & Young Alumni and Advisor, Philanthropy Ambassadors Maia is a Philadelphia native and Pitt 2021 grad with a passion for the environment, art, and community. Her favorite part of being a Penn Traditions advisor is getting to meet amazing students from all different walks of life. Hurrah hurrah!
Associate Director, Penn Traditions and Young Alumni Programs With 6 years of experience in college admissions and student affairs, I am dedicated to creating opportunities and breaking down barriers for under-resourced student populations. My mission is to empower students to succeed, develop leadership skills, and find their sense of belonging during their educational journey.
Isaac Messner
Graduate Assistant Advisor Engagement Ambassadors Isaac is a master's student in the Higher Education program at the Graduate School of Education. He currently holds an assistantship with the Alumni Relations Department working with the Penn Traditions student organization. Previously, Isaac was a Technology Education Teacher for Lake Braddock Secondary School, where he worked with grades 7-12 on woodshop and 3D modeling projects.
